Cotton Mill Lofts

Manhattan cool. Roanoke chic. We had the opportunity to help launch one of the new apartment buildings in the area's booming downtown living market. In addition to a sleek website, we helped plan for Cotton Mill produced events at local music venue and created a suite of promotional tools that created maximum impact at a minimal expense. Social media and Facebook played a key role in generating brand identity and loyalty.

  • Despite having allowed 12 months to complete the process, the building was 100% leased only 76 days after opening
